 We are inspired by the natural charm of wood. We believe that every piece should be a reflection of its owner's personality and style.  The quality of the materials used is just as important as the craftsmanship. That's why we only work with the highest quality woods, carefully selecting each piece for its unique character and beauty. 

Gunners Workbench - Prairie Woodworking Co. started in 2019 as a small hobby woodworking business.  The namesake of the company “Gunner” is based on a spunky little pup that was found by Canadian Soldiers while deployed to Afghanistan in 2010. Gunner lived a long happy life on the Canadian Prairies.

Proudly Veteran Owned and Operated.

Every project is made by hand in Manitoba.  We call the Canadian Prairies our home and in such it inspires our creations and designs.  We implement a unique farmhouse charm and rustic look into each piece.

As a proud supporter of the outdoors, each year Gunners Workbench donates to Manitoba Parks through the Provincial Parks Endowment Fund.
